All kidding aside, please shop around for a home inspector based on qualifications, including experience, training, knowledge and professional affiliations. (Please see the "about me" page on this website if you haven't already discovered "what I bring to the table".)

Do not let cost be a factor in deciding whether or not to have a home inspection or in the selection of your home inspector. The lowest-priced inspection is not necessarily a bargain! Remember, “Price is only an issue in the absence of value.”
